When will I get my order?

Orders in the US are delivered in about one week (6-11 business days). Free shipping on orders $99+.

International orders may take longer if the size and color can only be sourced in the US.

What about returns and refunds?

We don't accept returns since every item is custom-printed just for you (sustainability matters to us!). That said, if there's ever an issue with the print, size, or quality, we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. Zero hassle (go check our reviews).

What size should I get?

Sizing that perfect shirt can be tricky (especially online), so we have a really clear size guide on every product page. Check it before ordering to find your ideal fit!

How do I keep my bookish merch looking great?

💗 Machine wash cold with similar colors.

🚫 Do not bleach.

🌀 Tumble dry low or air dry to prevent shrinkage. This merch is "pre-shrunk" but hot water will still shrink it further.

🔥 Iron inside-out on low heat if needed (avoid ironing directly on the design).
