30-Day Refund & Size Replacement Policy

Refunds and size replacements are available on our T-shirts and sweatshirts within 30 days of your original purchase date. We cannot offer either after that window. A replacement does not restart or extend it.

What's covered

Every Comfort Colors 1717 tee, Bella+Canvas tee and Gildan 18000 crewneck sweatshirt in the store.

Blankets, mugs, knitwear, AOP-shirts, kindle cases and candles are final sale, and so is everything else that is not a T-shirt or sweatshirt. Every item is printed to order for you, so we cannot take those back for change of mind or sizing.

Don't love it? We'll refund you.

If you don't like your tee or sweatshirt for any reason, we'll refund you. No return needed. Please donate it or share it with a friend.

Doesn't fit? We'll send a new size.

Tell us the size you need, and we'll send you a replacement tee or sweatshirt in that size. You don't need to send the original back.

Damaged or defective? Any product, we'll make it right.

If any item arrives damaged or defective, including blankets, mugs, knitwear and candles, email us at least three clear photos within 30 days of your order. We'll send a free replacement or refund that item, whichever you prefer. Nothing needs to be sent back.

Email support@magicmerchemporium.com within the 30-day window. Include your order number and let us know whether you'd like a refund or a size replacement. For replacements, include the size you'd like.
